Kickboxing- is it good for you?

Kickboxing can be good for your heart, joints, strength, balance, and coordination as long as you train with common sense. Knowing your body and it’s limits is a great way to enjoy kickboxing and get a great workout! It’s also a great way to release stress, too. You can expect a physically demanding workout, especially if you go all out for an hour-long class.
