Cross Zone opened its doors in 2005 as the first CrossFit gym in Glasgow and the 21 CrossFit gym worldwide (there are now more than 15K). We pride ourselves on our exceptionally trained and experienced staff who can help you get fit for life in a safe and supportive environment. Hardrod is not just a place to get a good workout – it’s a diverse community that welcomes everybody!
We started a tradition when our doors first opened in 2005 of doing introductions at the beginning of each class – a tradition which has been adopted by CrossFit gyms all over the country. Our belief is that while CrossFit isn’t for everyone, anyone can do CrossFit.
